Continuous Enrollment deadline: February 14, 2025.
Our PreK3-grade 11 students do not have to fill out a re-enrollment application each year. After you complete the Continuous Enrollment steps, current students will be enrolled at OCS unless you select opt-out on the Continuous Enrollment form. You are a part of the OCS family and we hope it stays that way, but if circumstances change, please reach out to our Admissions Director to discuss your options. Through Continuous Enrollment, your family can remain partners with OCS without filling out a new application.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT STEPS
We require that you check your family’s information on FACTS and update as necessary each year. You will receive an email from FACTS outlining the steps.
The Continuous Enrollment fee must be paid through your FACTS account. This will be billed on February 15, 2025, for those who have indicated they are planning to return. This fee is non-refundable.
CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT FEE DETAILS
The Continuous Enrollment fee is per family, not per student.
The CE fee for PreK3-Grade 11 is $200.
The CE fee for the EE 2-Day program is $100.
If you have students in both PreK3–Grade 11 and the EE 2-Day program, you will only pay $200.

Our family is staying at OCS. What do we need to do to re-enroll?
Tell us if you’re coming back by filling out the Continuous Enrollment/Opt-Out form on ParentSquare.
NOTE: this form will be available in mid-January 2025.
From the app: tap More (at the bottom right), then Forms/Permissions. Tap the line labeled “Continuous Enrollment for 2025-2026.”
From a browser: click “View All” from the Forms/Permissions panel on the right side. Click the line labeled “Continuous Enrollment for 2025-2026.”
Fill out the form for each of your students.
Review and update your student’s information on FACTS. You will receive an email outlining these steps. You will need to do this for each of your students.
There will be a $200 annual Continuous Enrollment fee per family, billed through FACTS. For EE 2-Day students, the fee is $100 per family.
We have a student currently enrolled at OCS but need to enroll a sibling. What is our next step?
Login to your FACTS Family Portal and click Apply / Enroll, then click Application. This will prompt you to begin a new application for a new student in your family.
There is a $500 enrollment fee for adding a new student.
We opted out of Continuous Enrollment but have changed our minds and want to continue at OCS for the upcoming school year. How do we re-enroll after the deadline?
Contact the Admissions Director as soon as possible to let us know that you want to re-enroll. If a seat is still available for your student, they will be considered for re-enrollment. There will be a $250 re-enrollment fee after March 7, 2025.
Our family is unsure if we can return to OCS next year. What should we do?

Choose “Opt Out” on the Continuous Enrollment/Opt-Out form on ParentSquare. Your FACTS account will not be billed and your student’s enrollment will be released for 2025-2026.
