FACTS is not designed to replace good communication with teachers, but rather to solidify the partnership between parents and Ovilla Christian School by keeping them informed about their students’ progress and growth.
To access the FACTS Family Portal:
Click the green button above.
You will also find the link on the FACTS website. Click on ‘Family Log In’ and choose ‘FACTS Family Portal.’ Bookmark this for faster access!
Enter our District Code (OCS-TX) then type in your username and password.
New Families: Click ‘Create New Account’ and use the email address you gave to the Admissions Office.
If you have trouble logging in, please email the Admissions Office.
Things you can do on the FACTS Family Portal:
View school and class directories;
View student(s) grades, schedule, behavior, attendance, lesson plans, and homework assignments;
Update parent contact and emergency contact information;
Set up your tuition payment plan (need to complete each new school year);
Pay incidental fees that accrue through the year (such as athletic fees, field trip dues, LETU dual-credit tuition).
How to set up your tuition payment plan:
Login to FACTS Family Portal.
Click the Financial tab on the left side.
Click Set up a Payment Plan from the Financial Links box.
You should now be on the FACTS Tuition Management page. Click Begin to walk through the steps of selecting a payment plan.
Due to the nature of online transactions, there is a payment setup fee that varies depending on which plan you choose. There is also a fee if you choose to use a credit/debit card instead of a bank draft.
