2025-2026 Re-enrollment Period: February 3–13, 2025

Parents need to complete the re-enrollment process on FACTS to secure their students’ spots for 2025-2026. Conversely, parents need to let us know if their student(s) is not returning in the fall so their accounts do not get charged the re-enrollment fee.

re-ENROLLMENT or opt-out STEPS

  1. Login to FACTS Family Portal.

  2. Click “Apply/Enroll” and then “Enrollment/Re-Enrollment.”

  3. Click “Click here to open Enrollment.”

  4. On the next page, you’ll see your students’ names with two links next to each name.

    1. Choose “Start Enrollment Packet” if you are returning in the fall.

    2. Choose “Will Not Enroll” if you are not returning in the fall.

  5. Fill out the information on the following pages according to the selection you have made.

re-ENROLLMENT FEE

  • $200/family with student(s) in PreK3-11

  • $200/family with students in both PreK3-11 and the EE 2-Day program

  • $100/family with student(s) in the EE 2-Day program

  • The re-enrollment fee is per family, not per student.

  • The re-enrollment fee will be charged to FACTS accounts of returning families and those who have not completed either option in FACTS on February 14, 2025. This fee is non-refundable.


Re-Enrollment FAQ

We have a student currently enrolled at OCS but need to enroll a sibling. What is our next step?

Login to your FACTS Family Portal and click “Apply/Enroll”, then click “Application”. This will prompt you to begin a new application for a new student in your family.

There is a $500 enrollment fee for adding a new student. (The fee is $300 for current students in the 2-Day program who are moving to PreK3, PreK4, or Kindergarten.)

We selected “Will Not Enroll” but have changed our minds and want to continue at OCS for the upcoming school year. How do we re-enroll after the deadline?

Contact the Admissions Director as soon as possible to let us know that you want to re-enroll. If a spot is still available for your student, they may be considered for re-enrollment. There will be an additional $250 re-enrollment fee after March 7, 2025.

Our family is unsure if we can return to OCS next year. What should we do?

We will not be returning to OCS next year. What should we do?

Choose “Will Not Enroll” next to each student who is not returning in your FACTS Family Portal. If you do this before February 13, your FACTS account will not be billed and your student’s enrollment will be released for 2025-2026.

What happens if we do not take any action on our FACTS Family Portal concerning enrollment after February 13, 2025?

We will assume your student is returning and will bill your FACTS account the re-enrollment fee. We will do our best to follow up with you regarding your circumstances, but the fee is non-refundable.
